哈文海博士說，當得知賈甲先生前幾天與中共決裂起義，我們就希望賈先生能夠獲得公義和自由。我們已經向美國國會提出營救的請願訴求。

他說，我將繼續與你們通過其它的管道努力營救。希望賈先生能夠和我們其他的人一樣來到公義與自由的美國。我相信經由我們的努力，賈先生會很快獲得自由。

哈文海博士說，今天我還想告訴你們一件事：「共產主義在垮臺中！中國的共產黨徒也不會例外！中國的民衆都想要生活在有言論自由和宗教自由的自由國家裏！」

他最後對現場所有人士努力支持中國的民主表示感謝！並向大家表示祝福！

Good Afternoon! Ladies and Gentlemen, Ni-Hao-Ma (How Are You)?

We came to the Rally here today, because we want to support Chinese people to put an end to the Communism in China.

And secondly, when Professor Nieh informed me of Mr. Jia Jia who just defected from China a few days ago. We want Mr. Jia to live in justice and freedom. Dr. Nieh and I have worked together to make an appeal for rescuing Mr. Jia to the US Congress. I will work hard with Dr. Nieh and all of you on other possible channels to rescue him so that he may live in justice and freedom with the rest of us in America. I believe with our rescuing efforts, he will be freed soon.

Only thing I can say today: 「Communism is falling! Communists in China have no exception! Chinese people want to live in a free country with freedom of speech and freedom of religion!」
